➡️ 1. Introduction and General Conditions
At BrilliantShop, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products. However, if you need to make an exchange or return, our policy establishes clear and transparent rules for this process.
Our policy allows customers to request returns within 30 days of receiving the product. To be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A purchase receipt is also required.
To initiate the return process, contact us via email at customerservices@brilliantshop.com. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The following items are eligible for return or exchange:
✔ Items with manufacturing defects – if your product has faults or defects, contact us immediately.
✔ Items damaged in transit – inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
✔ Incorrectly sent items – if you received an item different from what you ordered, we will process a replacement.
The following items are non-returnable:
✔ Customized or made-to-order items.
✔ Personal hygiene and cosmetic products.
✔ Sale items or gift card purchases.
✔ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

✔ Request a return via email at customerservices@brilliantshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
✔ If approved, we will send detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
✔ Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the return.
✔ If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
➡️ 4. Exceptions - Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any justification. The product must also be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:
✔ Defective or transit-damaged items.
✔ Incorrect product sent by BrilliantShop.
✔ If the return reason does not fall into these categories, the customer must cover the full return shipping cost.

After inspecting the returned item, the customer will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the amount does not appear in your account within 15 business days, please contact us.
